I have seen a few posts regarding removing windows from several models but they do not seem to help me with mine.. trying to remove this window from crank arm but not sure if this is done by removing this odd looking pin or screw or to somehow continue to crank and get the round pin over to the right and maybe it will drop out of the circle in bracket? Tks for any help

Looks like the entire regulator is still attached to the door‽ It needs to come off.

That is a factory rivet and you definitely don't want to remove it! Just take out the regulator as an assembly. In your photo, you would use the hole to the right. Once the mechanism has been released from the mounting, slide over the bit with the rivet to where the slot enlarges to a round hole. That's for the removal of the lift from the glass and it may take some jockeying around and even cranking one way or the other to get it there.
