Welcome! You didn’t say which model yours is but I can see from your photos that it is a manual (non-powered) Nu-3-Way with LevelDraulic but we love photos so feel free to post.
The Henney-Packards, however, are not stretched passenger cars. They were engineered from scratch as a commercial vehicle and share very little mechanically or body-wise with Packard other than the basic engine, front clip and dashboard. Even the transmission is different having specially hardened gears. That said, the front floor pan is the same as that on passenger cars the parts books on this site will be a big aid to you in knowing what fits what. Yours is model/chassis 2613 so just look for that designation. I am working on a 1951 Henney-Packard that is also in need of the front floor although on mine, it’s just a large hole on the driver side but the rockers are also quite bad, those being a weal spot on Henney-Packards of the era. Your rockers, however, will have to be fabricated from scratch as they are totally different than that in the passenger car so may requiring either gaining the skills or having it done but a shop.

Don is right. Use the part book in the archives if they list Henney parts to see which pans match standard models. If any do, use this site to find some that may work.

With the c2fabrications products, be prepared to learn sheet metal work as their products are generic requiring work to be even close to proper. The front floor pan can probably be sourced as original but rockers, as I said, will have to be fabricated as they are quite different than those used on Packard passenger cars. Their profile and size was very different.
