The bumper looks great! I had one chromed last year that also looks nice although the chrome seemed to have a very subtle blueish cast to it compared to the upper's original. Now that the two halves are assembled it's not noticeable but at first it seemed obvious.

Wow, that does look nice. I really need to get mine done. Both the '54 and the '56.

Just a little update.
The wife I moved this summer from a 150-year-old home with 3 outbuildings to a more modern home with only 1 outbuilding. That one building (my shop) was crammed full, as you could imagine.

Unlike my old shop, this one has no insulation, and I do not see myself putting that kind of money into it anytime soon.
But I am getting the shop in order and it's coming along nicely with the little time I manage to get out there.

Good news, the Transplant Center called this week, and a kidney match has been found. This will be my 2nd Kidney Transplant. By spring, if all goes well, I will be back to work on the Packard and my other projects that have been neglected in 2025.

Sorry if I have missed anything but I just do not sit down at my PC much this year. I use only my phone for the most part. I am just not following the board as I did previously.

Didn't want ya'll to think I had given up or gone to ghost.
This car is going on the road in 2026, come hell or high high water.
