Anyone seen this 1941 Special on eBay? Any feed back on its value? I think that this might be the perfect pre-war companion to my '56 Clipper.

fredrickr,

A lot of work has been done but there's still a lot lot more to go. I'll be brave and stick my neck out - Guesstimate of value $4/5K max?? I know it'll be wrong!

That looks beautiful and like an awesome project to start. Best of luck to you, unless i win the lotto, then of coarse i'll have to bid myself.

The other thing I should have mentioned earlier is: do you know someone who can go and have a look at the '41 and report back on what/how they found it? If not, maybe an appeal to any Forum member living close by who might be able to do that for you.

About 1 hour 20 minutes to go to end of auction and it's now at $5K - If you're bidding or going to bid - Good Luck.
