While I am unable to help in identifying the car pictured, I can affirm that the first car is either '35 or '36 by the front bumper vibration dampers and the front opening front door.
Stalin also had a '37 Twelve limousine, which has been on ebay a couple of times....not sure where it is right now, but its serial number is 1035-447. It was armor plated.
Am not at liberty to divulge the last known owner online, but if appropriate individuals contact me, I will tell what I know.
