Here is my new 51 Packard.
I grew up only in Hamtramck only a few miles from the packard plant. I used to drive by it every time I went to belle isle. I wasnt around when it was still in production since I am only 30, however I find the history quite interesting.
I plan on restoring the little that needs it and driving it as is. Thanks for a great forum.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I will add her to the registry as soon as I get back into the country. I will get her story from the previous owner, which is my wife's uncle. He had the car for a number of years and recently fell into a financial bind. I believe the interior is original, but again, without being home I cannot tell for sure.
