Motor City Packards has repros for 48-54motorcitypackards.com/store.php If your wrench is for a 5/8 hex, theirs should fit.

I believe the head on these bolts was oversize (same as the spark plug size). Someone posted recently that they reproducing these in Stainless Steel. Since I don't have the correct wrench either, I just used a normal hardware store bolt and washer on my '54.

I carry a small hydraulic floor jack, bought at Sears, it comes in a nice compact hard plastic case.
