Did you get the model number off the data plate? That would be the easiest way to answer your question. The Formal Sedan has a blind rear quarter with a padded roof, the Limo and 7 Passenger Sedan have windows in that area and no padding on the roof. I believe the Limo body was by Henney.
Edit: If you don't have the model number could you post a side view photo of the car?

I think that you will find at LeBaron a division of Briggs built most of the Limousine variations for Packard in 1941.
Henney built a 12 passenger Airport Limousine. John F. Shireman

I really shouldn't try to respond in the forum before I've had my first cup of coffee. Thanks John.

When in doubt compare the model number to the ones on the 1940 Model Info pages. While not all the models have pictures yet, the basic information for each one should be correct.
Here are the 180's for 1940 (Chassis 1806) Year Series Chassis Body Desc 1940 18th 1806 1356 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Club Sedan 1940 18th 1806 700 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Darrin Victoria Convertible 1940 18th 1807 1332 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Formal Sedan 1940 18th 1807 1342 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Touring Sedan 1940 18th 1807 694 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom All Weather Cabriolet by Rollson 1940 18th 1807 710 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Darrin Convertible Sedan 1940 18th 1807 720 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Darrin Sport Sedan 1940 18th 1808 1350 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Touring Limo 1940 18th 1808 1351 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Touring Sedan 1940 18th 1808 695 One-Eighty Super Eight Custom All Weather Town Car by Rollson

I'm going to try to attach some pics of the 1940 180 I talked about.
One image is of the number plate, original on right, possibele replacement on left. The other two images include a front shot and a shot of the roof-line. I suspect the car is a 1332 formal sedan. It had a roll up divider window and jump seats as well.

A 1332 would make it a "One-Eighty Super Eight Custom Formal Sedan"

BigKev's got it right, clearly from the last picture it's a 180 Formal Sedan, chassis 1807 - 138 inch wheelbase, and the 106th of that body style built. Not a Rollson or Derham but a factory body built by Packard (for 1941 they outsourced Packard body production to Briggs). Not a body style for everyone, but a very classy full bona-fide Classic Packard, and a lovely road car with the new-for-1940 356 engine. Engine# should be between CC500001 and CC507697
