In my small town pop 15000 there are 2 independent muffler shops both good. They can make an exhaust system for any car in a few hours.

Neither has a sign saying muffler shop, they are general repair garages with a pipe bending machine but everyone in the business knows who they are. Ask your mechanic or old car friends or your auto parts store clerk who is the best local shop.
