Not sure if the same as the 51-54 tray, but if so, it is attached by a series of bolts that are reached through the wheel well.

I believe it will be similar to a 47 and if so, there are 6 bolts. 2 in back into frame top near the clutch adjust spring. 2 in front into frame near the shock absorber and two on the front end side in the wheelwell also into the frame.
