Don't know how many of you caught this from the New York Times, so I am posting a link here:

wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/06/13/at-t ... owners-stage-a-homecoming/?emc=eta1

We had a good day at the PPG with 325 cars at the show and a large swap meet area. Wood-bodied cars were the featured vehicle and some great ones came out. Attendence at the gate was up from last year.

Every little bit helps in restoring the place.

Hello Cli55er:

Maybe I should add some photos taken by Craig Handley, Editor of the PAC publication the "Cormorant News Bulletin."

The 104 elm trees that were re-planted on the main boulevard several years ago are now starting to mature. The place looks better all the time.

Come on up and see us. Best, --Roger--

Hello Cli55er:

You asked a question regarding the wood from the PMCC Boulevard HQ stored in the hanger at the PPG.

I was so busy all day I did not even see 10% of the cars, let alone see if they were selling wood. They do that on a separate website.

However, we do use the PMCC wood for the trophies at the show. Attached are 2 photos. First is for the class award and it is made out of a wooden paving "brick" from the shop floor. Second is the gift we gave the feature cars (woodies this year) and it is made from the office paneling.

The third and final photo is a wood disk (not PMCC) that a club member laser etches that we give to all registered cars. It is used as a coaster and much cheaper than a dash plaque.
