Is there a part number for a six bladed fan?

The 55-6 fan used for AC is 476027. I think it is this one.

Another possibility perhaps? This six bladed fan was on my 400 when I started the restoration. Not Packard correct obviously ......... but functional and still cooling my car!

That looks like a Packard six bladed fan to me, Kev. Same as the one I have on may Caaribbean.

The only place I have seen these are on the 55 and 56 with factory air. The cars I have seen with the trunk mounted air have the regular 4 blade type. I have to assume they are pretty rare though I do have one on my clipper that I removed from a parts car.

You're lucky a vendor laughed at you when you asked for a correct 6 blade fan, we charge extra for that. The 6 blade fan on the ivory 55 V8 above is not Packard fan. I'd guess many 50/60/70's fan would adapt and look sort of correct.
