I was given 51 200 the car has set for 10 yrs. I put a battery in and some gas it fired right up. My question is where is the brake master cylinder and how do you add fluid to it.

That would be on the left frame rail. Under the steering column between the firewall and steering gear box.

Sometimes helps to be a contortionist and also have something to stand on. Lean over the left fender (protect from belt buckle or something else scratching paint) and reach way down. Unscrew the cap and you should be able to pour some in until level is just below the screw threads in master cylinder. You can also do from below but don't think you will be able to see the level--more by feel or a mirror if doing it that way.

You remove the cap, and pour it in. The trick is getting to it. Either lean way over the fender, or if you have the car on a lift or jack-stands you can do it from underneath.

A car sitting 10 years often has frozen or rusty wheel and master cylinders. For safety they should be opened up , inspected, and rebuilt or replaced.
