NAPA P/N SL-134 for mid 60's Mustang. Direct replacement. That's what I used. Under $6.00.
I added to database but unsure of years of fit.

Dan,
Great discovery! How about a picture so we can understand how you mounted it?

Ahh...perfect place to mount it. Do you know if the switch is weather tight? If not I am sure we could figure out a way to make it so.

Reading all the posts regarding the break light switch was very interesting however I don't understand why when something is broken the whole system needs to be redesigned. Break pressure switches have worked well on many cars for many years and still do. The problem was not with the design it was simply a bad switch. Am I missing something?

Bob,
Dan is using Silicon brake fluid which has been shown over and over to damage the style of presure brake switches that are using on the Packards. The Silicon pentrates into the switch and basically fouls it. That is the reason Dan, and a few other people have adapted non-pressure style switches to trigger the brake lights. If a person has decided to stick with Dot 3(or Dot 4), then this type of modification would not be required.
