I need to buy a new wiring harness for my 39 Packard. Anyone know of a company that does excellent work for a fair price?

There are several very good companies. I got mine at Potomac Packard in South Georgia, and couldn't have been more pleased with the product.
Not sure what you mean by "fair" price, but I thought the quality of the product was worth the price. Since your car is a Six, you don't have as big of a harness as the Senior cars. A friend who has a Six just made his own and did a very good job. It doesn't have the woven cotton outer wrap, which is fine if all you're doing is making a very nice driver.
