In addition to O_Ds numbers, here are a couple of others that have been used by forum posters Randy and PackardV8. You can see from the comparison pictures with Napa parts and Autozone that cross to those numbers, the dimensions are so close I doubt one could tell the difference.

RockAuto is hard to search for parts by mfg number only but maybe you will have luck searching with the cars O_D listed and the Lincoln 70-74 Randy listed. I didn't check Napa prices but a decent local store should be able to find a cross to these at a reasonable price and maybe cheaper once you factor in shipping.

Those parts look very familiar to me.
