You'd think that for that asking price, the least they could do would be do wash it! Looks like a (dare I say common?) 1103-753 Super 8 sedan, perhaps at a stretch a $40,000 car without the prior ownership babble unless it's documented. It won't be easy to locate the metal sidemount side covers, they are different from 1933.

Al Capone apparently had more cars than the IRS has deliquent taxpayers. The only ones I've seen that had a bona fide link to Capone were Cadillacs, though I suppose there were others.
