I checked it today and it does say McCORD. The Mc is very difficult to see and the CORD is all capitals.
It has leaked down only about 1/4 " in 3 days so a radiator man should be able to solder it up and make it useable. Thanks

You might want the radiator man to do a flow test after repairing it to make sure it is in serviceable condition. If not, it would make a great piece of garage wall art. (o[]o)

Doing a quick look through Packard photo's, They do look similar from at least 1914-'28 and mine looks closer to the '28, so I imagine it's possible if they used the same radiator but changed shells, for may years, it could still carry the 1914-1917 patent dates.
