It is missing the vin Plate/sticker, and the motor has been modernized. Only thing left is the Anti Theft # 486812. 	'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted. '55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.

Note O_D's comment concerning the Theft Proof Number which idicates your Packard is a 1939 and not a 1938. Your Registry entry is easily correctible if this is the case.
