Walter, I was there the day the collection was first offered for sale. It was overwhelming. His widow said he had an addiction to online auctions and could not resist bidding. Do you know what happened to all the other Packard parts? There was some good stuff there, but she was selling by the lot, everything or nothing. Thanks ---

Everything is stuffed into the cars which are now sold pending receipt of final payment.

And you are correct, it is overwhelming the amount of parts that are there. There are only four cars, but five, six, and more of certain parts. So much so, it would have been difficult to separate the lot. I have had many offers on only one car or even two, but what would go with what?

There are several boxes with a bunch of re-chromed or NOS parts. Bumpers, grill parts, et. One of my favorite pieces is an antenna that looks better than new! And of course there are boxes of boxes....new tie-rod ends, dst. caps, rings, bushings, shocks, etc. It all goes as a lot.
