Sorry guys, I was tired on my last post, I left out the most amazing feature on this car.

The owner was telling me that this car came standard with Wait for it..........wait for it..............."AIR BRAKES".

I was half waiting for the air ride, but he had no idea what a T/L system was, he said he never heard of that but the car did come standard with Air Breaks. I think I swallowed my braces.

I can't believe it! I have a set of those very rare Clipper hubcaps on my car! In fact, I even have a Clipper hubcap on my spare tire in the trunk and four extras in my basement. I must be sitting on a gold mine!

You can make a lot of really neat things from the parts left over after you rebuild your engine ...

Air brakes? Damn! All I've got are Packard Easamatic power brakes on the Bumblebee. Funny, I've nevder heard of a car with air brakes ... I thought those were for 18-wheelers.

make that another set, in the box fron standard surplus,,and i may have the covers from a 56 clippper we had.
