Okay, so got one of my hubcaps that look like the picture you sent without the 110 on it. I flipped it over and outside to outside measures 9 inches across and the opening inside from inside measures about 7 & 1/4 inches.

Received an online copy of the Feb-March 2018 issue of The Packard Traveler magazine of Pacific Northwest Packards. In the magazine was an advertisement for '41 110 hubaps which I've reproduced below:

HUPCAPS Brand new set of four reproduction 1941 Packard
110 hubcaps from Bill Hirsch Auto. May fit other years.
Painted and ready to install. I paid $520 for the set, which
Hirsch may not be reproducing currently. Asking $395 for
