The rarest Essex I can imagine is the 1927 Biddle & Smart Speedabout:

It is a nice and very rare automobile, and altough the same model year as our feature car here, far away from reaching such a price.

Problably, the seller is just testing if there is one thumb enough. Remember: You only need one who pays the price
