What exact year/model is that beautiful Packard? It looks like a 1954 Patrician to me.

The black Packard is a 1953 Patrician, a '54 would have a deeper pan between the front guards, headlight rims with a fin, no large chrome pan on the rear door and different side trim . Also trapezoidal backup lights directly below the taillights. The blue car is either a 53 or 54 Clipper judging by the grille.

Whether a '53 or '54 Patrician the photo was sideways so I've reposted it with the correct orientation!

I tried to get them to leave them for a week and I would build a Caribbean hood scoop but no takers.

While not a Packard still had to share, picked up one of the cars used in The Road To Perdition with Tom Hanks and Paul Newman. Pretty sweet addition to the shop

The blue Clipper is either a '54 Special (note the lack of striped stainless trim between the bumpers and the grille extensions), or it is a '53 with '54 headlight Clipper rings.

The '51-53 Clippers have the thinner, flatter rings, and the 53 seniors had the thicker rings. Then in '54, the seniors got the fin added, and the '54 Clipper starters using the '53 Senior (thicker) rings.

A side view picture would let you know for sure as they changed the stainless trim nearly every year.

Picked up a 56 Pat from a customer for some service work. Two main complaints were that the car made a "Clunking" sound when driving, and the Torsion system is inop.

I drove the car 500 feet and immediately turned around and prayed I could make it back. I called the customer and ask who put the tires on last. See anything wrong with this picture??? Two out of the four tires.......
