The 40 160 sedan is a scam! That car picture pops up on a regular base. I went after that car about 2 yrs ago and finally tracked down the true owners and they said it wasn't for sale and that someone used pictures of their car for scams!

What this guy is doing is asking a buyer to pay in advance -- Non-refundable payments!!! -- while he holds onto the car. He doesn't even list the sales price.

Something smells rotten in Rockville, if you ask me.
