My 1951 Henney-Packard also has tubeless light truck tires and no problem but spokes are prone to leaking when steel wheels are not.

Ross had my auburn tires mounted with tubes on the spoke wheels of my caribbean. The last 2 years and a couple thousand miles have been trouble free. You should be fine. Enjoy your victory!
