Kev, here are two photos of the top mechanism on my 115C Convertible Coupe. I could not find any of the rear part. Hope these help.

Two more photos, instrument panel and engine compartment. I relocated the horns and battery to the cowl wall so not the stock appearance. Also, fitted a smaller modern pleated paper air filter.

Don't forget the washers on the rubber side.

Larry, how far past the bottom edge does the rubber extend?

Kev, I'm about to be away from a computer for a few months, but if you look through my two project blogs, you'll see a lot of pictures of the areas you're working on. (Links in my signature)

If you haven't already addressed it, recommend adjusting the steering box (book is good, got my shims from Flack) and renewing the center steering bearing - stuff on my 120 blog, got the bearings from NAPA. Those two adjustments took my 120 from 1/4 turn of play to smooth, tight steering. I can parallel park it with ease.

The rubber is, I think, about 1.5" long and 1/8" thick. It may say in one of my blogs. They actually need to be removed before you pull the fenders, and as others have said, come on and off for maintenance. With the stock engine, you pull the passenger tire and inner fender to adjust the valves.

Great work, and I can't wait to see how far you've come in a few more months!

Ken

Today is the one-year anniversary of Mark's passing, and we all miss him. So we thought it was fit to honor him with the maiden voyage of the 37.

I just finished the brakes (hopefully), and my wife Nicole wanted to be the test driver. Also, I haven't driven a manual transmission in 30 years, as every car I ever owned has been automatic until now.

So here she is, driving an untested car in 23F weather. At least the roads got plowed this morning! The only issue we had is the throttle linkage only has three positions, none, barely anything, wide open. So it needs to be addressed soon.
