'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.

I wonder about the color on the station sedan.

I also wonder how much someone would have to pay for a Packard Phaeton and then think they could make money by chopping it? I did deal with a 34 Eight Phaeton that bounced around the dealer circus, had a 35 engine, and a gutted Bijur system. They ruined the 35 engine by beating the hell out it as well. Maybe that is the car. It started out as a solid straight car that needed restoration, but was ruined before I ever saw it. Of course they painted over the optioned chrome shell and shutters.

Those 320 engined phaetons can be total sweethearts when they are done right. I like them better than the Su 8.

That "1945" has Custom trim. Could be a 356 and a stick-shift. Might be worth what he's asking for a decent core.

If you're not having fun, maybe it's your own damned fault.

Proud 1953 Clipper Deluxe owner. Thinking about my next Packard, want a Clipper Deluxe Eight, manual shift with overdrive.

Free '53 or '54 Packard sedan on Facebook, located in Davisburg MI
Link: FREE Packard

Ad says '55, which I know it is not. I'm still learning the differences between '53s and '54s so excuse my ignorance please.

Note, this is not my car or ad, don't know anything about it!

Wow, back in the late '80s/'early '90s, we used to buy running '57 Clippers for around $600-$800 and pull the supercharged engines & trannies, rear sway bars, and finned brake drums (and rear axles if they were Twin Tractions) out of them and get rid of the rest. Made good transplants into other Studebakers. (Please don't hit me.)

It's a 1954 Cavalier but odd seeing what appears to be a Clipper hood ornament on it.

Beautiful non-restored Packard. I wonder if it has a top? All photos show the uncovered car. The top cover looks like there is nothing under it. Probably ok, but still curious.
