This car has been for sale for a while as it was when I bought my 49 Super Eight last year. The price seems reasonable, but I specifically wanted a manual trans car, so I didn't entertain it. Would have been way easier to drive it home than trailering my Super from Indiana back to Akron!

Not a Packard, but a very rare and custom-bodied Hispano-Suiza that unfortunately burned in a trailer fire a few months ago.

Don,
You can drag and drop and it will auto convert now. Also you can open in MS Paint (or download GIMP if you are on Linux) and just save (or extract on GIMP) as jpg.

It seems that the Packard listings on FB Marketplace are thinning out as of late, but here are a few new ones I spotted today:
1954 Clipper Special Sedan. This was the lowest price model that year. A bit ragged, but definitely restorable. Interior is worn and I see evidence of some poorly done bodywork in the lower rear quarters, which is typical for these cars. Bumpers need rechrome, but the rest of the brightwork does not look bad. Has Ultramatic. Car runs and drives. Asking $5K (probably too much). Wisconsin: facebook.com/marketplace/item/1420859452217843 1954 Model 5451 Executive Sedan. Beautiful, well-preserved survivor car. Looks stunning in solid black with wide whites. Ad states car runs and drives great. Being sold by a dealership. Asking $19,499. Druk Auto Sales, Anoka, MN: facebook.com/marketplace/item/3852650831712173 1948 Deluxe Eight Sedan. Rough and rusty from apparently years of outdoor storage. Lots of heavy surface rust, but body does look reasonably straight. Interior has been done. Looks presentable, but not very original. Seller asking $12.5K. Massachusetts: facebook.com/marketplace/item/652902860597353 1937 115C Touring Sedan. Straight original unrestored car which has been in dry storage for an extended period of time. Looks like a great project. Only issue I see is that the trunk lid is badly dented. Asking $13,500. Illinois: facebook.com/marketplace/item/1328826448318633 1934 1101 Club Sedan. Beautifully restored to a very high standard. Needs nothing. Asking $57,500. Hyman Motor Cars. Missouri: facebook.com/marketplace/item/1305880420636388 1940 120 Convertible Coupe. Very rough unrestored which looks like it has been stored outdoors for years. But appears complete and may be restorable, though it would require a very significant effort.
