Thanks, Very Nice.

I think he even got the commentary & facts correct although I wasn't aware 55 TU's were that hard to come by -- unless he meant pristine ones.

Hope he also does a video on that Clipper Custom that was behind the Caribbean.

Wasn't it the Flux Capacitor that Delorean did? Or was that Doc Brown?

Delorean was part of the team that designed the Twin Ultramatic; the torsion level design was pure William Allison who designed the system while working for Hudson who allowed him to pursue it elsewhere after Hudson decided they had no interest in it.

Some of us in the hobby for a while had an opportunity to see Allison's protype "cyclecar" at a PAC National years back, and Allison's sons were at the recent Gettysburg National.

Here are Bill Allison's sons in front of Best Other at Gettysburg. It was a pleasure to meet them as I never had a chance to meet their Dad. I believe Joel Ray could add some good commentary about Bill Allison.
By the way, that is the Packard Request on the left.

Motor City Packards offers the DVD with Allison interview and the development story along with a few test drives. Very worth while for the collector.

If anyone knows where to find a video of the B&W film of the test with the 3 draped or white covered cars -- Packard, Cadillac, Lincoln?? -- over those famous railroad tracks, I would sure like to get it. One I'm interested in was shown at the Oakland, CA (Berkeley) PAC meet in the 80's. The DVD has a similar run but, unless it was edited, don't believe it's the same one.

Leno. might know something, he has his team research things, if anyone could zone in on it, he or they could.

I would like to get it myself, is it possible that Delorean helped fit the system in the Packard,?, cause PI had it in there mid 80s issue,
