Please define "missing". Frankly, I can't believe that. The lower bushings NEVER GO BAD. Unless you have been soaking them in tranny fluid for several years. The upper ones are replaceable if done properly and are reasonable at any parts store. May I respectfully suggest that you look for yourself to see these eight bushings missing?

The lower inner control arm/A-arm bushings ARE AVAILABLE and are NEW. I sell them as part of my Packard parts business. Please see the ad in for sale section. Also, the lower inner bushings can be easily removed WITHOUT removing rivets, welding, disassembly, etc. Please see attached photos of tool that can be made to remove them. The tool is similar to a wheel puller. It grasps the bushing by the flange and extracts it by applying force, via two screws, to the control arm. (I also have NEW upper inner bushings). The upper and lower bushings deteriorate due mostly to oil, power steering fluid and grease contamination which rots the rubber. After new bushings are installed, and properly tightened, cover them with a 10" square of 4 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil. Mold the foil around and over the bushings; this will protect them from oil and grease. (See photo, lower right).

Slick tool. I'll keep u in mind for the lower bushings when i get ready to replace them.

Do u sell the adjustable torsion level link pins for the front???

Then what's needed for my 56 Exec. ????

When the rear of the car is setting with the bottom of the fender skirt 1/4 inch above centre of the red Hex in the wheel cover then the front of the car is setting low by about 3/4 inch and there is 1 to 1-1/4 inch ride control at the front suspension rubber snubbers.

The car has a 4 ringer on the right side and a 2 ringer on the left side. AC pump on left side. 75 pounds of routine junk i need to carry anyway in the trunk and situated to keep car transversly level.

4 ringer is the longest packard made???? I already have a 4 ringer on the right side. If i put a 4 ringer on the left side then that side will go up leaving the right side low????

I believe the 4-ring pin is the longest Packard offered. You can make any length you want from steel drill rod, but as you lengthen further, the geometry gets skewed where the pin rests in the seats and isn't recommended. It's a pain to locate and install, but there were optional torsion bars with additional pretwist available.
