Article and video in the Detroit FREEP with an update on the rehabilitation
of the Packard plant:

Any idea when the tour in the video was made? I was under the impression a sizeable amount had been spent in cleanup but the debris on the floors and grounds look like it might have been a "before" tour.

This pic was posted last June, showing the office space cleaned up, so that tour could have been fall 2015.
