Both cars have straight six cylinder engines with 3-speed floor manual shift transmissions. Cars for sale in as is condition and are located in Fort Worth, TX. $5,000 for the pair or $2,800 each.

Congratulations on the sale! The grey one is also a 1940 per the recesses around the side windows that 1939 did not have but also 1939's hood louvers were stamped directly into the hood while 1940's were inserts, the openings for which are shown. Incidentally, the 110 designation was not used in 1939 so if it were a 1939, it would have been a Six.

Both cars did have a six cylinder engine. The gray one is titled as a 1939.

Both Packards are now sold. Appreciate all the interest.

Congratulations and glad they've both found good homes! For 1939, the six cylinder model was called the Six while the six cylinder model for 1940 was the 110. Regardless of the title, the grey one was also a 1940 so the title clearly has an error that I hope the new owner can correct when they transfer it.
