So I need to bleed my brakes. Do I start with this bleeder or the normal farthest from the master cylinder?

If I understand the instructions you start with the bleed screw on top to take care of the master and control valve portion then go to the bleed screw at the end of the power hydraulic cylinder to get air out of the powered section and then to the wheel cylinders.
