You should see a "Make Changes" link at the bottom now. There wasn't a bug, but it's a feature of the Registry to protect data. When an owner marks a car as sold, it locks the entry from future editing.
So I changed the status back to "Current Owner" so you can edit it. When you are done making all your changes, then set it to the status back to Sold. Sorry about the confusion.
