On here it says the weight is 4190 pounds. In the spec book under springs. It says the front loat is 2280 pounds and the rear load is 1090 pounds. 2280 + 1090 doesn't equal 4190. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,

I believe the spring numbers in the parts manual have to do with their specs and not total weight.

This may be kind of a politically incorrect analogy but it might explain the difference in numbers.https://www.eatondetroitspring.com/spring-rate-vs-load-rate/

Here is a more technical explanation with real formulas those more inclined to understand and play with fancy numbers can go to town with.https://www.acxesspring.com/espanol/spring-load-and-rate.html
