Was the brown interior an option with the exterior color scheme? I've seen two other '55 400's with a brown interior and non-matching paint on the outside. But the door jams and firewall all match the exterior. It just seems like such an odd combo to have white/red exterior, then brown on the inside.

Hmmm, the first photo shows the Clipper outside on what looks like snow and sitting very low with non stock wheels. Other photos show the car in an original state.

First photo is either a different car, or a highly photoshopped picture. Note the first line of the ad says "CAN LOOK LIKE THIS".

That car is about 15 miles from the house I own where (most of) my stuff is - as opposed to where I'm working, and where my Packards are. They also have a little brown 110 for sale.

I may go look at them when I'm next to home . . . .

Yes, Paul, it took me a couple of read-throughs of that ad before I caught the 'can look like this' and obviously that lowered car is NOT the advertised 'sale car', but an example of what COULD be done with the car.... (I don't know what it is but I cannot abide 'lowered cars', they just look 'wrong')
Chris.

Two '47 Clipper 4-doors. Looks to be the long front ends, which means 356 engines, IIRC. Two for $1500 or a grand each. Front end sheetmetal looks good.

Too bad they're 2000 miles from me.

That is one of the most attractive 41s I have seen. Simple and gorgeous. Someone is going to get a beautiful Packard.

The price on the red car has been cut from $10.5K to $9.5K, and the 110 is down from 14 to 13.

FYI . . . .
