5680-88 gaskets mean the head gaskets are sized for the larger bore of the 374 so have a bit of space between the gasket and cylinder edge. The other sets have gaskets sized for the 352 and usually the edge of those gaskets is right at the 374 cylinder edge or slightly hanging over.
