It's just almost unbelievable that that car is the short wheelbase! You can tell that car was built for only very rich people because you would have to have a warehouse for a garage! I do so miss packard! Loving my 47!

Poor thing looks like that all too common malady of poor storage by virtue of declining health. It was probably very nice before that event. I knew someone who owned this historic dwelling that he refused to part with. After he croaked it was torn down. The place had all sorts of hand carved trim that was made before the advent of power systems. Yet the craftsmanship was fantastic. It all got bulldozed and carted away.

Let me clarify I am NOT listing the 56 Clipper although it is on my property at this moment. It is the owner's listing.

I saw that one the other day and noticed that it's one of those ultra-desirable Barn Finds. And I noticed the premium for that tacked onto the price.

Now, if it were an Estate Find, maybe . . . .

If you're not having fun, maybe it's your own damned fault.

Yeah, but estate finds are usually clean. Everyone knows that the barn dust/crap adds at least 150% to the value.

Depends on if it's horse poop or cow poop. Have there been goats climbing on the roof?

Here's figuring that the largest premium would be added to a barn find from an estate. Best of both worlds.
