I have a used, deteriorated driver side sample on my desk. Will be happy to send if you want...the real issue is that the rubber appears to have been originally vulcanized to the metal backer. My suggestion is alwaye to affix the metal backer to a slightly smaller wooden buck and let your upholstery shop pad out as appropriate.

Glad to assist with the dimensions of the armrest, the used armrest David has could be helpful as a pattern, I am sure that the upholstery shop could deal with the rest.
