The service manuals are on this site but only helpful if you can read English. I think your low band is out of adjustment.

and how can I adjust the low band?
If you help me find the manual page, I can translate it with google lens and maybe I can do it myself.
Thank you for your help.

Here is the band adjusting instructions. The low band adjustment screw is the one closest to the bellhousing end of the transmisson and is on the left or drivers side of the case. The reverse band adjustment is about in the middle of the case and is on the right or passenger side. It would be a good idea to check and adjust both bands.

If adjusting the low band does not help you might need to look inside the trans. There was a problem with 55 transmissions in that the plate covering the end of the piston could bend and let the piston fall down and block off an oil passage. You might need to check that cap and if you test the unit as per the bulletin and find it bad find a 56 cap.

If you do look inside be sure and check the manual lever on the shaft at the very back of the trans. The lever operates the gear selector valve in the trans. The set screw that holds the lever to the shaft can get loose and cause the detents to get sloppy. If it loosens enough and falls out so the lever is free there is no way to select a gear. The threads in the lever are weak so do not overtighten the screw. A permanent fix is to tighten the screw and then drill thru the lever and shaft to add a roll pin.

Instructions for adjusting the bands are here:

Ultramatic Service Manual, Part 1

See Page 34. Torque the adjusting nuts to 20 ft-lbs, then back off 1 3/4 turns, then tighten the lock nuts (to 20 ft-lbs also from what I gather) (that's the way i read it, anyhow)

This is part of the larger collection:
Ultramatic Service Info

Also a nice diagram on Page 16 and instructions on page 37 here:
Ultramatic Serviceman's training manual
