HPH,

No quiet the opposite, up until fairly recently we've been experiencing below average temperatures due to the effects of a La Nina weather phenomenon in the Indian Ocean. A lot of rain has been generated across the country with major flooding in many areas. This is still occurring. We're welcoming some better weather after many months of cold and rain.

Thankfully, we don't experience the very low temperatures that you do.

All the winter, snow and coldness seem to be overseas at the moment. TV delivers truly apocalyptic pictures. Stay warm out there, friends!

We are up to 19 just had dog out she acted as if it was 60 running and wanting to play ball. I also thought it felt a lot nicer the wind is not blowing and sun is out. Assume the worst is over for us in South hills of Pittsburgh. The good is being retired I do not have to go outside to go to work

Although I’m not there at the moment (arriving on the 18th), it’s currently 41F in the nearby town where my Oregon shop is with nighttime lows of 7F. The area where the shop is is slightly lower elevation so tends to be a degree or two warmer.
