G'day mirek,
to PackardInfo, our first member from Poland if I'm not mistaken!

I regard to your question I'm not sure what you're after but think you might be looking to identify Packards in a particular year. If so, then the Packard Model Info section here on PackardInfo would assist, here's a link to it -https://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/modelinfo/

And, from your question presuming you have a '37 120 Packard, I invite you to include it in the Packard Owner's Registry here on PackardInfo!

Mirek, might I ask why you want to find a frame number? It's an extremely uncommon request and there are no factory records known to me that can directly correlate a frame number to anything else. If it helps you any, on the Senior Packards thru 1936 it is stamped on the left frame rail near the rear spring shackle. But generally the frame number is of no particular use to an owner or restorer, thus my curiousity.

If you were hoping that a frame number would give you a vehicle number, it will not - once the plate on the cowl with the vehicle number is missing, it's nearly impossible to ever recover that number.

Maybe the authorities in Poland need the frame number for car registration purposes and this is why Mirek wants to locate it? Here, in New South Wales Australia, if there's no easily found frame number the authorities often require a number to be applied to the frame before it can be registered. Thankfully I didn't have to do that for my '41 but I know of other Packard owners who have had to.

not all governments act the same, but if the number plate is gone the engine number may be acceptable

The large embossed number on the engine side of the cowl, the so-called "thief-proof" or body dash number is also unique to the vehicle and may be satisfactory for the purposes of registration of the vehicle. This would be a 6-digit number probably between 357600 and 410250.
