Hello all,
My wife and I are new to the packard community, we recently purchased a 1946 clipper and are working on restoring it. I am currently looking for spark plug wires and am having a difficult time, any ideas where I could find some?

Welcome and hope you enjoy your "new" car.

Kanter Packardhttp://www.kanter.com/packard/pac-450.html lists sets (Group 4.1100) and Dwight Heinmullerhttp://www.packardparts.org/ also lists them. Napa has a few universal sets you will have to cut to fit and terminate on one end that might be appropriate looking as well.

Max Merritthttp://www.maxmerrittauto.com/ doesn't list any but he and packardslhttp://stores.ebay.com/packards1 are other Packard vendors you might need from time to time.

A most hearty welcome to you and your 1946 Clipper to the Packard community! I'm sure that you will find the group members as friendly and helpful as have I. Best of luck with your '46 Clipper.

Here are a few pictures. It is a project car found on craigslist. After visiting the Auto museum in Reno my wife and I fell in love with the Packards. It has been sitting in a shop since 1988 in Canton, Tx.

Thanks for the sites! I found a plug wire kit at napa, would you happen to know if I need the 7mm or 8mm plug wires or will it matter?
