Does anyone know or did Packard keep any records of the breakout of different styles/bodies produced out of the 40,359 total listed for that year? I checked the standard catalog of American Cars, but they just show the total run of 40,359 2300-5 Std/Dlx 8's for 1950 with no breakout.

Have you checked in Robert Neal's recent book on the 48-50 Packards? I believe he has accounted for all the production totals.

No, I haven't. I was unaware of his book being new to Packards. Does anyone have a copy who could tell me how many 1950 Eight Club Sedan two doors were produced? Or where this book is available? Amazon?
Thanks,
Rustjunkey

The book is available from Dwight Heinmullerhttp://www.packardparts.org/products/books (about halfway down the page) and I believe he is the only vendor carrying it at the moment.

I gave you the total above for the 1950 club sedans so I think I answered your later question. If you also want the total for 23rd series 1949 club sedans they are 6410 for the Eight and 3375 for the Deluxe. Note that club sedans were also produced in the Super Eight line, and also in the Custom 8 line (22nd series only).

The agent for Mr. Neal's book is Dwight Heinmuller. You can find ordering details in The Packard Club newsletters or at:
