Headliner material

Anyone care to speculate if the headliner in a 47 Custom is wool or cotton. The parts book doesn't say and fact book is a little ambiguous. I thought it wool but after looking carefully it appears it might be cotton -- or does wool stiffen and nap like cotton does.

Howard, I believe the headliner in my 2106 is wool. It has a nappy texture and is a dark tan or light brown color.

P.S. Did Packard use the same headliner regardless of the color of the rest of the interior? I don't recall seeing a Custom with a color matching headliner, but my data set is very small, and my memory is shrinking.

Given moths like it, it must be wool
