No, the decal on the spare cover is not 'correct'. I think it's cut out of an oil filter decal.
There is a black and yellow operating instruction decal for the jack stand: Attach file:  (12.15 KB)

Looks like the spare on my 47 Clipper Custom which I took to Salado for the 2011 meet. My jack stand has the decal.
