Sorry, can't help. 51203 is neither a motor number, a vehicle number (VN, not VIN) or any part of a vehicle number that makes any sense to me, or a body number (theft proof) number.

Many states permit re-titling with either an engine number of the theft-proof number (the large embossed number on the cowl).

The body is a coupe theft # is495027 no cowl tag on car

All I can tell you about <495027> is that it's within the range for 1939 production.
