Hi - What black paint do I use on the wheels - gloss, flat, simi-gloss (enamel or what) -also best primer for bare metal - thanks 48 Deluxe-

The wheels (with a few exceptions) were painted with the same color paint as the car body (lacquer). So if your car is black, then you would want a high gloss black paint. The primer would be dependent on your choice of topcoat, e.g, Acrylic, Lacquer, Base/Clear, etc.
