actually those seats are to nice for the car , suppose have that cheap cloth in it
most packards have no resale value anyways , so i guess it doesnt really matter, wish i knew who did the upholstery ,i need a clipper constellation done

The "cheap" cloth was wool broadcloth, not polyester inserts and boat vinyl. The labor cost is essentially the same.

My Packard has a wool mohair interior that is an excellent condition and the car is 73 years old.
Nothing cheap about that!

That '55 400 is an attractive car at an attractive price. If I weren't so heavily involved in my own project that car would be tempting. The interior and exterior look to be in good shape from what the pictures show. The big question is what is the mechanical situation like.
